Kimberly Candelmo is a dedicated educator and youth advocate with more than two decades of experience designing impactful learning experiences and supporting underserved communities. She holds an M.Ed. in Training and Development from North Carolina State University (4.0 GPA), with a strong foundation in instructional design theory and a proven record of equipping educators with the tools and strategies they need to reach every learner.

Throughout her career, Kim has taken on instructional leadership roles that include facilitating school-wide technology training, developing standards-based curriculum, and serving on professional development committees dedicated to teacher retention and growth. She is known for bringing empathy, adaptability, and a results-driven approach to every learning experience, with a deep commitment to making a lasting difference in the lives of both educators and the students they serve.

Her work with at-risk youth has been a consistent thread throughout her career — from mentoring struggling students in and outside of the classroom, to serving on the Education Committee at Corral Riding Academy where she collaborated with subject matter experts to design and implement targeted support strategies for vulnerable young women. Kim excels at creating learning environments where every student feels supported, especially those who need it most.
