Project Pathfinder

Project Pathfinder for juvenile offenders provides tutoring services and mentoring support designed to help young people gain access to higher education. Importantly, our mission focuses on breaking the cycle of generational incarceration while helping students chart their own course in life. In addition, we support them in becoming leaders and contributing members of society. We are here to remind them—and the rest of society—that a setback is not a dead end.

Every year, thousands of young people in the justice system make one wrong turn that threatens to derail their future. However, that mistake does not have to define the rest of their lives. Instead, it can become a turning point toward growth, education, and renewed purpose.

At Project Pathfinder for juvenile offenders, we believe every young person deserves a real second chance. Therefore, we provide free, high-quality tutoring and personalized mentoring for youth who are ready to transform their lives. Through this support, students overcome academic barriers and personal challenges that once limited their opportunities. Moreover, one-on-one academic guidance and consistent, caring mentorship help them rebuild confidence, catch up in school, and develop essential life skills.

In addition, we work to expand access to higher education and long-term opportunity. Through structured academic support and steady encouragement, students begin to see new pathways forward. As a result, they can break the cycle of generational incarceration and move toward a more stable and empowered future.
