Apply to Mentor

Volunteers who apply to mentor help juvenile offenders build confidence, develop life skills, and create positive goals for the future. Through consistent guidance and encouragement, mentors provide trusted support during critical stages of personal growth and transition. Additionally, mentors help students strengthen decision-making, accountability, communication, and emotional resilience. Research shows that mentorship reduces recidivism and improves long-term educational and personal outcomes. Most importantly, volunteer mentors help young people recognize their value and believe in their ability to build stable, successful, and meaningful lives.
